We have provided a summary of the rights and how they can be exercised to ensure that we process your personal information fairly and in line with your rights. However, we recommend that you seek legal advice if you wish to rely on any legislative rights not covered here, provided that you believe in good faith that we have a duty to respond to them. We will do our utmost to meet requests made in exercising your rights, subject to our own legitimate interests and any regulatory requirements placed upon us.
11.2 Specific rights for residents of California, USA. If you are a resident of California, USA, we kindly ask that you review Section 13, which contains specific rights applicable to you.
11.3 Verifying your identity when you make a request. In some cases, we may ask you to provide identification if it is not immediately obvious that you are the person to whom the personal information relates. This is to ensure that we can be certain before making any changes to someone's personal information that it is your information (or that you have the other person's authority to act for them). If identification documents are requested as part of the process, we will only collect, store, and process that document for the sole purpose of confirming your identity in response to your request. Once your request has been completed, we will delete it.
11.4 Use of your email address In order to process your request, we may need to communicate with you from time to time. We will, of course, keep you informed of any developments or confirm the outcomes as soon as possible. We would like to respectfully inform you that we will be contacting you via email. In the event that you exercise any rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to object to or otherwise request the deletion of such information, we will retain your email address solely for the purpose of our opt-out list. All other information held will be deleted or anonymized.

In the event that you submit multiple requests for access to your personal data within a short time frame, we kindly ask for your understanding as we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee to cover the cost of responding to these requests.
12.2 Objecting to processing of your personal data
We understand that your preferences may change over time, and we respect your right to modify your choices regarding the use and retention of your personal data. Please be advised that opting out of some personal data processing/storage may result in a loss of functionality of the Services and a reduced user experience. You have the option of contacting us at any time to request that we stop processing your personal information. To do so, please email us at [email protected] with your request and any relevant information that will help us locate your information.

12.3 You have the right to request that we delete or destroy your personal information.
Should you wish to do so, you are entitled to request that we remove and delete your personal information. This will result in your account being closed, should you be a jobseeker or other account holder. We kindly ask that you please note that any request to destroy personal information is considered a request to fully delete all such personal information. However, should you wish to be removed entirely, we will assume that you do so, subject to the data retention explained in Section 10.2. You are welcome to contact us at any time to request the deletion of your personal data. Please send an email to [email protected], including your name, email address, and any other relevant information that may assist us in locating your data.

14. 14.1 About Cookies
We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some information about cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website may place on your computer or mobile device when you first visit a site or page. The cookie is designed to help our site, or another website, to recognize your device the next time you visit. As an example, cookies can assist us in remembering your username and preferences, analyze how well our website is performing, or even allow us to recommend content we believe will be most relevant to you.
14.2 Why we use cookies and how they benefit you. We may use cookies for a number of reasons and purposes, including:
To provide the service you have requested. Some cookies are essential for you to be able to navigate the website and use its features. We would like to kindly inform you that without these cookies, we would unfortunately not be able to provide the services you've requested. As an example, some cookies enable us to identify subscribers and ensure they can access the subscription-only pages. Please note that if a subscriber chooses to disable these cookies, they will no longer be able to access all of the content that their subscription entitles them to. We would like to reassure you that these cookies do not gather any information about you that could be used for marketing or remembering where you have been on the internet. Some cookies are essential for maintaining your login status throughout your visit.
We hope to make your browsing experience even better. These cookies help the website remember choices you make, such as your language or region, and provide improved features. These cookies will help us to remember your preferences and settings, including your marketing preferences, whether you have filled in certain forms, so you are not asked to do so again, whether you have been to the site before, and how often you are shown a particular advertisement. Additionally, we may utilize these cookies to showcase website features that we believe may be of interest to you, based on your usage patterns.
We also use analytics to help us improve our services. To enhance your experience on our site, we find it helpful to monitor which pages and links are frequently visited and which ones may not be as popular. This allows us to ensure that our site remains relevant and up to date. It would also be beneficial to be able to identify trends of how people navigate (find their way through) our Site and if they encounter any error messages from web pages. This group of cookies, often referred to as "analytics cookies," is used to gather this information. We would like to reassure you that these cookies do not collect any information that could identify you. We would like to reassure you that the information collected is anonymous and is grouped with the information from everyone else's cookies. This allows us to gain a broader understanding of the overall patterns of usage, rather than focusing on the activity of any one individual.
To show you advertisements that we believe may be of interest to you. From time to time, we may sell space on our site to advertisers. It is not uncommon for the resulting ads to contain cookies. These cookies are used with the aim of delivering advertisements that are more relevant to your interests. Additionally, they are employed to restrict the frequency of an advertisement's display and assist in gauging the efficacy of the advertising campaign. They are typically placed by advertising networks with our approval. This information is used to keep a record of your visits to different websites, which is then shared with other organisations, such as advertisers.
14.3 How to manage your cookie choices. The majority of browsers provide the option to disable cookies. If you would like to do this, you can find instructions on how to do so in the "Help" menu on your browser. Please note that disabling cookies may limit your ability to use the site and potentially impact its performance.
